In case you are not satisfied and want to return an item, please remember that you must airmail the item back to me via registered airmail. Please let me know by an email or letter your reasons for the return before you ship it back to me. You may return new, unopened items 14 days of delivery for a refund. You are responsible for paying shipping cost back to me, I cannot refund shipping cost of any kind. In case the item is used, I cannot refund the full amount and must calculate usage. You can avoid this by not using the item in any way. Items should be returned in their original product packaging.
Items that are not returnable
These are items made for you or as you wished them to be (in size). In this case hats, clothing (shirts, armwarmer, scarves & hoodies), iCases (iPod and cell phone cases) and commissions of all kind; because these are always made for you only and I cannot resell them. Also I cannot take back already reduced items or items that I reduced within a special offer only for you.

In case you do not send the items back via registered airmail and they get lost, I cannot refund a lost item's value. That is your own risk. I will not accept packages, I have to pay postage for; these will be returned to you on your own cost.
Returns follow-up
When I have received your returned order I will check it carefully, if there's nothing to complain about I will refund the full amount of the item's value (no shipping cost in either way will be refunded) within four weeks. In case the item cannot be resold by me because of usage I will not refund the full amount of the item's value, I will then consider what is appropriate and will refund this amount to you.
