This is a little FAQ-add-on for Christmas time answering frequently asked questions that just come up a few weeks before Christmas.
Will my order arrive in time?
Tricky question since I do live in Europe and worldwide shipping takes its time. This is my solution for international orders:

In case you order and pay before 5.12. your order will arrive in time. I quarantee that since longest shipping time takes 14 days, this should be enough to arrive at your home in time.
In case you order and pay before 10.12. your order will arrive in time in case you ordered something being in stock. No items included that I sew for your specific size.
The following items will arrive in time: prints, books, soap, postcards, buttons, charms, bracelets, cherry pit pillows, bags and tote bags, gift coupons. Because I only have to wrap and ship these items.
The following items probably won't arrive in time: clothing, hats, tails, armwarmer, scarves, iCases. Because I have to sew them for you and it takes some days to create them.
Anything being bought and payed 11.12. or later will probably not arrive in time because I cannot guarantee the shipping service is quick. Usually it takes 7-14 days depending on your location. If you are lucky and live in Europe too it's probably less than 7 days. Shipping takes 10 days in average to any resident living outside Europe.
I cannot guarantee anything for sure but I can promise to do all my best to ship in time so you have your gifts ready for Christmas and can give them to your beloved ones, this would surely make me happy and proud too. ^^
I am too late to order, what can I do?
In that case I would like to forward you to my gift coupons. ^^
You decide about the value and the gift coupon can be at your home within 24 hours via email. Enough time to print it out. I can also ship it as letter (letters can arrive very quickly, but it's probably faster via email in this case). So if you are really in a hurry but want to give something from kyaaa.biz this is the quickest alternative.
You can even order (& pay) on 24.12. until 12:00PM (CET) and the gift coupon will arrive until 2:00PM (CET), so you have enough time left to print and wrap it yourself.
Where's my parcel?
In case you ordered in time (look above) your parcel is on its way and will hopefully arrive soon. Your parcel is insured and can be tracked, if you want me to, please email me and I will do so. ^^ In case it did not arrive before Christmas, email me before Christmas Eve and we'll find a solution.
